Overview
Brighter Beginnings Program (BBP) will train and support you to implement the School-Wide Positive Behaviour Support (SWPBS) framework to improve social, emotional, behavioural, and academic outcomes. Kudos therapists will provide group sessions, workshops and ongoing support to educators, focussing on setting clear behavioural expectations, teaching appropriate behaviours, and using data for decision-making/interventions. The program aims to create a positive preschool culture, reduce behavioural issues, and increase academic engagement through a multi-tiered system of support. BBP fosters a safe, inclusive learning environment, promoting student wellbeing and success. It nurtures young children through age-appropriate activities, supporting development, building skills and confidence.

This program supports:

Fees
$233 per session or $2,230 per program. Volume discounts are available for multi-sessions in one day or multi-day blocks.
If travel is required, this will be charged at: Metro No cost within 50kms of CBD, beyond 50kms of CBD cost by negotiation. Country visits may be bundled with flights, car hire and/or accommodation.
Delivery
The program combines group sessions, workshops, ongoing support, and practical resources for educators.
- 10 × 1-hour sessions or 5 × 2-hour sessions
- Delivered online, in person, or hybrid
Resources include:
- Behaviour Expectation Posters: Visual reminders of expected behaviours.
- Data Tracking Tools: Software\templates for monitoring behaviour.
- Social Skills Training Programs: Resources for teaching social skills.
- Positive Reinforcement Systems: Tools including reward charts.
- Parent Communication Tools: Templates\apps for parent involvement.
- Behaviour Intervention Plans: Individualised support plan templates.

Preschool Boost is a South Australian early childhood initiative designed to support child outcomes in participating (Flying Start) early learning centres. Kudos is approved to deliver a range of programs that support children, educators and families across areas such as communication, movement, mealtimes, inclusion, emotional development and parenting support.
ℹ️ You do not need to be a nominated Flying Start ELC centre to access our programs. Schools, teams, and educators have also completed our programs as professional development. Send an enquiry to our team to discuss getting started.
Yes. Kudos prepares a tailored quote based on the program requested, number of sessions, funding arrangement and any special requirements. The quote is then emailed to the centre.
Once your centre confirms acceptance by email, Kudos confirms staff availability, proposed delivery term and a suitable Program Lead before preparing the service agreement.
Yes. After a quote is accepted and staff availability is confirmed, Kudos prepares a service agreement using the centre details, selected program/s, proposed term, fees and standard terms and conditions.
The service agreement is then emailed to the centre for review and signature. Once the signed agreement is returned, Kudos saves the agreement, and the program delivery member assigned to your centre, will contact your centre to secure delivery times and dates within the proposed timeframe
Yes. Centres can share preferred dates or times so these can be factored into planning. Final dates and times are confirmed based on centre needs, the selected program and Kudos staff availability.
Yes, however, due to the interactive nature of some of our programs, not all can be delivered online. Include this in your enquiry so we can confirm whether it is suitable for the selected program.

Yes, services may pool funds or supplement them with their own resources. If you are exploring a shared arrangement, include this in your enquiry so we can clarify what is possible for your selected program and participating centres.
If you intend to use Preschool Boost funding to pay for your chosen program/s the OECD states that services can only be booked after plan approval. Prior to this, we are happy to answer any questions you may have in your enquiry.
