Overview
Regulate, Relate, Educate (RRE) program builds educator capability to create calm, inclusive, and engaging preschool environments by embedding regulation and relationships at the centre of practice.
RRE supports educators to understand behaviour as communication, respond to neurodiversity, and deliver play-based learning in ways that engage all children, including those at risk of social, emotional, or behavioural challenges.
The program combines interactive workshops with in-class coaching, enabling educators to translate theory into practice within their own settings. Educators identify strengths, set targeted goals, and implement evidence-informed strategies with ongoing support.
RRE is informed by trauma-informed and neuroaffirming approaches, incorporating recognised frameworks to strengthen social competence and emotional regulation. It is delivered as a sequenced program of workshops and coaching sessions designed to create sustainable change in educator practice and centre-wide culture.
You’ll learn:
- How to recognise communication differences, understand neurodiversity, and view behaviour as a form of communication.
- Practical strategies to support regulation, engagement, and inclusive participation for all children.
Ways to create classroom environments that promote safety, belonging, and learning through Tier 1 and Tier 2 supports. - Relationship-based approaches that increase child engagement and reduce behavioural challenges through consistent practice.
Fees
RRE is delivered as a 6-session program (3 workshops, 3 coaching), totalling 12 hours.
Cost is $687.50 per session ($4,125 total, ex GST) for whole-centre delivery.
Delivery
A structured six-session program combining three workshops and three coaching sessions (12 hours total).
- Workshops build educator understanding of inclusion, communication, and regulation, while supporting goal setting and practical strategies.
- Coaching sessions provide in-context support, modelling, guided practice, and problem-solving within everyday preschool routines.
- Sessions can be delivered in person, online, or hybrid and are tailored to each service’s needs.
Optional additional coaching and family workshops are available.

Preschool Boost is a South Australian early childhood initiative designed to support child outcomes in participating (Flying Start) early learning centres. Kudos is approved to deliver a range of programs that support children, educators and families across areas such as communication, movement, mealtimes, inclusion, emotional development and parenting support.
ℹ️ You do not need to be a nominated Flying Start ELC centre to access our programs. Schools, teams, and educators have also completed our programs as professional development. Send an enquiry to our team to discuss getting started.
Yes. Kudos prepares a tailored quote based on the program requested, number of sessions, funding arrangement and any special requirements. The quote is then emailed to the centre.
Once your centre confirms acceptance by email, Kudos confirms staff availability, proposed delivery term and a suitable Program Lead before preparing the service agreement.
Yes. After a quote is accepted and staff availability is confirmed, Kudos prepares a service agreement using the centre details, selected program/s, proposed term, fees and standard terms and conditions.
The service agreement is then emailed to the centre for review and signature. Once the signed agreement is returned, Kudos saves the agreement, and the program delivery member assigned to your centre, will contact your centre to secure delivery times and dates within the proposed timeframe
Yes. Centres can share preferred dates or times so these can be factored into planning. Final dates and times are confirmed based on centre needs, the selected program and Kudos staff availability.
Yes, however, due to the interactive nature of some of our programs, not all can be delivered online. Include this in your enquiry so we can confirm whether it is suitable for the selected program.

Yes, services may pool funds or supplement them with their own resources. If you are exploring a shared arrangement, include this in your enquiry so we can clarify what is possible for your selected program and participating centres.
If you intend to use Preschool Boost funding to pay for your chosen program/s the OECD states that services can only be booked after plan approval. Prior to this, we are happy to answer any questions you may have in your enquiry.
