I was elected to the Board in 2021, and it is a great privilege to be able to bring my skills to Kudos.

I was drawn to Kudos because of its outstanding reputation. I have seen first-hand what happens when young people with a disability are not able to access creative, empowering services and I wanted to be in service to an organisation that is striving for excellence.

I bring thirty years of experience working in clinical and National executive roles across the health and social care ecosystem. My background is in Social Work, both as a clinician and an academic. In 2016, I was awarded a Westpac Social Change Fellowship in recognition of my work in Quality Improvement in healthcare. My focus at the moment is on building compassionate leadership across the world.

We’re living in a moment of great change and challenge, and Kudos brings a unique model of collaboration and service delivery. I want to bring everything I’ve got to the table to help position Kudos as the leading organisation, in the work to improve the lives of people with a disability.
