NDIS Support Coordination

NDIS Support Coordination (Level 2 & 3) for children, adolescents and adults

Support Coordinators work with NDIS participants across Adelaide to make the most of their plan. They help to navigate the NDIS and to make the most of services and supports that are available. Support Coordination empowers children, adolescents and adults to make better informed decisions and take control of their own supports.

Support Coordination (Level 2 & 3)

Support Coordination with Kudos

When you work with Kudos, we become part of your team and you become part of ours. No matter where you are today and where you want to go tomorrow, our friendly and experienced team is on your team and we’re here to help.

Your Kudos team will help to develop a plan and tools to adapt to challenges, improve problem-solving and getting all the supports to work together. We will assist to strengthen your abilities to coordinate and implement supports and participate more fully in the community.

Every child, young person and adult we work with has a program tailored to their unique needs. We meet you wherever works best for you – home, school or even the park. Our team also includes speech therapists, occupational therapists, social workers, psychologists and other specialists who work together closely to support you when needed.

  • I didn’t know my daughter’s plan properly and Renee (Kudos SC) has just been amazing. She’s navigated the plans for my daughter and myself. And it’s just the best thing ever.

What’s the difference between Level 2 and 3 Support Coordination?
Search Open

Level 2 Support Coordination is generally provided where there is evidence of some support needs but no major complexity is noted. Level 2 is billed at a lower rate, recognising the reduced complexity.

Level 3 Support Coordination is provided for participants who experience more complexity and require a specialist knowledge of the NDIS and connected sectors. Level 3 Support Coordination will only be provided by an Allied Health professional. Level 3 will usually be provided more hours in the plan, and bills at a higher rate recognising the complexity of the participant’s experience.

It is always best to contact your Support Coordinator to let them know you are looking to change providers. You can contact Kudos Services at [email protected] and request Support Coordination. Our Intake Lead will contact you to support the move to Kudos Services.

How long would we work with a Support Coordinator for?
Search Open

Support Coordinators will always work to increase independence in participants. There is no set time limit for Support Coordination work, and your Support Coordinator can support you through plan reviews and into future plans. As a participant gains the ability to navigate the NDIS system or has found providers that will support them long-term, it may be that Support Coordination is no longer required.

We work with all kids aged 9+, teenagers, and adults. While we focus on children and young people, we have no age limit and regularly help clients with their NDIS plans who are in their 20s, 30s, 40s and 50s as well.
