Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapists for children and young people

Our NDIS registered occupational therapists help your child (aged 9+) or young one to adapt and take part in everyday activities that they have difficulty with. We provide occupational therapy in Adelaide and regional South Australia for kids, adolescents and adults to become more independent, self-reliant and ultimately happier.

Occupational Therapy with Kudos

When you work with Kudos, we become part of your team and you become part of ours. No matter where you are today and where you want to go tomorrow, our friendly and experienced team is on your team and we’re here to help.

If your child or young person has funding for OT in their NDIS plan, our occupational therapists at Kudos Services can help you to incorporate therapy programs and interventions into their everyday activities, through positive routines, independence in self-care, and the development of fine-motor, play and social skills. They will also assist in developing emotional control, concentration and sensory processing, as well as prescribing home modifications to improve physical access and safety.

Every child and young person we work with has a program tailored to their unique needs. We meet you wherever works best for you – home, school or even the park. Our team also includes speech therapists, developmental educators, psychologists, physiotherapists and other specialists who work together closely to support you when needed.

Get in touch to find out more about our specialist services or to book an appointment with one of our friendly therapists. Please contact us here or send an email to [email protected].

  • Being an OT is a really rewarding job. It's often quite slow progress. But I guess the important thing is to celebrate the small moments and achievements along the way.

As a team, we work together with our Intake Lead to ensure that your child is matched to a suitable Occupational Therapist with the knowledge, skills and experience to address their specific goals and needs. We recognise that the Occupational Therapy profession is very broad and that we are not experts in all areas of practice, so if required, we may recommend you seek services elsewhere to ensure that your child or young person is receiving the most appropriate support.
