NDIS Support Coordination

NDIS Support Coordination (Level 2 & 3) for children, adolescents and adults

Support Coordinators work with NDIS participants across Adelaide to make the most of their plan. They help to navigate the NDIS and to make the most of services and supports that are available. What’s the difference between Level 2 and 3 Support Coordination?
Search Open

Level 2 Support Coordination is generally provided where there is evidence of some support needs but no major complexity is noted. Level 2 is billed at a lower rate, recognising the reduced complexity.

Level 3 Support Coordination is provided for participants who experience more complexity and require a specialist knowledge of the NDIS and connected sectors. Level 3 Support Coordination will only be provided by an Allied Health professional. Level 3 will usually be provided more hours in the plan, and bills at a higher rate recognising the complexity of the participant’s experience.

I already have a Support Coordinator, what do I need to do to change to a Kudos Support Coordinator?

How long would we work with a Support Coordinator for?
Search Open

Support Coordinators will always work to increase independence in participants. There is no set time limit for Support Coordination work, and your Support Coordinator can support you through plan reviews and into future plans. As a participant gains the ability to navigate the NDIS system or has found providers that will support them long-term, it may be that Support Coordination is no longer required.

We work with all kids aged 9+, teenagers, and adults. While we focus on children and young people, we have no age limit and regularly help clients with their NDIS plans who are in their 20s, 30s, 40s and 50s as well.
