We see that big smile and it makes us smile… congratulations Ben* on your graduation from Year 12! 
Working with the Kudos team, Ben and his family sorted out the key NDIS supports he needed to navigate school and relationships.
This meant Ben could maintain enrolment and complete year 12, as well as develop positive engagement with his peers and maintain social connections.
He is currently being supported to develop his independent living skills and some other goals for what we know will be a very bright future.
