Kudos has teamed up with AFL Max to deliver an exercise-based clinic focused on having fun, developing skills and striving towards your goals. AFL Max clinics foster a positive and inclusive environment where participants acquire essential skills and develop a resilient and adaptable mindset for personal growth.
Teamed up with our therapists’ attendees will have access to professional support as they develop their coordination, balance, agility and ball skills. In small groups, attendees can build their social capacity, teamwork and communication skills while connecting with peers of a similar age in a supported environment.
At the end of the session, you’ll get a post-engagement report on how they participated in building skills alongside their NDIS goals.
Please note that the submission of the form below does not guarantee entry into this session. Your response will be reviewed to ensure clinical suitability of the group and to ensure that appropriate supports can be put in place for the listed child. The first 10 eligible participants to complete this form will secure places in the program and the remainder will be prioritised for cancellations.
