I joined Kudos in October 2024. Throughout my career, I have been fortunate enough to see many not-for-profits do amazing work for the communities they support. Since 2018 I have seen Kudos emerge as a key provider of NDIS services in early childhood support, and realized while I cannot provide direct support, I can use my skills in finance and risk to work with an organisation like Kudos, the board and, team to help ensure there is a future of sustainable support for children and their families.

As a finance professional, auditor, and board director I bring a depth of financial and risk management knowledge to Kudos. My experience will help Kudos maintain financial sustainability as well as plan for the future while managing emerging risks and challenges. With a 20+ year career in professional services, mostly in financial accounting, audit, risk management, and governance.

Over my career, I have found myself working with many not-for-profit organizations including NDIS, aged care, federal, state and local government, community organisations, commercial businesses and more. Furthermore, over the past 8 years I have held multiple governance roles, including chairing two finance and audit committees as well as executive and non-executive director roles.

With increasing need for support for families as well as individuals, including changes such as the inclusion of children younger than 9 being able to access support, the need for organisations like Kudos is ever-increasing. I plan to help Kudos through these challenges by using my experience in governance, risk, and finance to foster sustainable growth, enabling Kudos to work with current and future individuals and families in need of support.
