Rebecca is the Chair of the Board and a Non-Executive director. She is also a member of the Governance & Risk Committee.

I was elected by Kudos Members to join the Board in 2020.

I have followed Kudos since the beginning when they were establishing themselves as a Mutual. Given my lived experience, I wanted to be part of such an amazing group of people being able to support in whatever way I could.

I offer specific expertise in legal, governance, risk and compliance. I have worked across a diverse range of industries in challenging and changing environments, including member organisations, private legal practice, local government, insurance, banking and finance.

I currently hold the role of CEO for Scouts Australia (SA Branch). I have been fortunate enough to be involved in various committees and associations including the Royal Society for the Blind, Make A Wish, Australia Day Council, Quarter Club, Local Government Professionals SA and Toastmasters International. I am also Chair of the Plympton Bulldogs Junior Soccer Club.

During my role as Senior Manager, Group Risk & Compliance and the Chief Risk Officer of RAA Insurance, I was recognised and awarded the Risk Management Institute of Australasia, 2020 Risk Manager of the Year.

I see an amazing future for Kudos, as it continues to grow and be recognised as a leader within the South Australian services for youth. The ability to be an employee-controlled mutual and be a leader in this area, means that advocacy and passing on all mistakes and learnings will only assist with the camaraderie of the team.
